Terms and ConditionsWorkshops may be provisionally booked in person at Crystals and Ice Bead Shop, over the phone, or by email. Payment must be received within 4 days of the booking being made. Places are booked on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, and places are not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.
Please ensure you have all the items you need for the workshop before it starts, as we aim to start promptly. The shop is open at least 30 minutes before each workshop starts.
Workshops are run based on a minimum number of participants. If a workshop is cancelled for any reason we will offer an alternative date or issue a full refund.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible as we may be able to fill your place and issue a refund. We regret that refunds will not be issued in any other circumstances.
Children over the age of 12 are welcome on our workshops when accompanied by a paying adult (i.e. 2 paid places). Please ask before booking to ensure suitability of the workshop.
